Delta 10 THC is a cannabinoid found in small amounts in the cannabis plant. Like regular THC delta 9 it can get you high, but it is less potent than delta 9. This makes it similar to delta 8, another cannabinoid that is less potent than regular THC.
According to Roger Brown, president and CEO of ACS Laboratory, a lab that tests hemp-derived products from 48 states, “Delta-8 was very popular and had really taken off, and now delta-10 has taken off as well, and we’re seeing it in a significant number of products that are being tested.”
Texas hasn't expressly banned the manufacture and sale of hemp-derived Delta-10 THC products. The state doesn't outlaw Delta-8, Delta-10 THC, and other hemp derivatives, which makes them perfectly legal in Texas. Under federal law, this cannabinoid is legal in Texas if derived from hemp with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.
Products on this site contain a value of 0.3% or less Δ9THC (or no more than 0.3% Δ9THC).
