Shipping

 We will ship all orders the same day if we receive them:

  • Monday - Friday before 3:00pm CST unless a federal holiday is celebrated on one of these days.
  • Orders after 3:00pm Friday will ship the next Monday unless is a federal holiday which will ship the following Tuesday.
  • Weekend order will be processed on the following Monday unless is a federal Holiday.

All orders will be shipped using the US Postal Service

  • Once we ship your order, we do not have control of the travel time between us shipping your order and USPS delivering your order.
  • If you order during federal holidays or weekends, please expect your order to be delayed since the USPS does not work holidays or Sundays.

Holiday Season:

  • Holiday season means everyone is trying to ship a package which means everything will slow down. Please be ready for delays.

Once We ship your order you will receive 2 notifications with a tracking number link for you to track your order.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to update their system so you can track your order.

Order Cancellation:

  • Please if you want to cancel your order please cancel before we ship your order.
  • If we ship your order and you decide to cancel you need to pay for the shipment back to us and we will refund your money once we receive the package, but we will not refund the shipment payment.
